Clear understanding of the coachee’s strengths and development areas will serve as the foundation for the development of a personalized action plan, which will enable the coachee to develop his/her full potential.

Coaching is conducted by taking a system’s view, not only focusing on the behaviour of the individual leader, but also on the larger organisational culture, which shapes and sustains the behaviour.
